多学科团队协作的干预模式在小学生近视中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作的干预模式在小学生近视中的应用效果。方法2019年7月—2021年4月,将某两所小学二年级的学生共298名分为对照组150名和试验组148名,对照组按照正常的生活、学习习惯,试验组接受多学科团队进行近视防控的干预活动,包括科普线上讲座、眼健康科普体验、“爱眼科普进校园”讲座活动,比较两组学生干预前后视力相关的健康行为得分、裸眼视力、等效球径度数、眼轴长度及近视人数。结果两组学生视力相关的健康行为得分、裸眼视力、等效球径度数、眼轴长度在干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经多学科团队干预后,试验组视力相关的健康行为得分(31.44±1.98)分,高于对照组(26.71±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组近视发生率38.51%(57/148)低于对照组49.33%(74/150),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组学生的裸眼视力、等效球径度数及眼轴长度等眼部情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作的干预模式有助于提高学生的近视认知水平,养成良好的视力相关的健康行为,缓解学生近视现状。 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperative intervention mode in the myopia of primary school students.Methods From July 2019 to April 2021,a total of 298 students in Grade 2 of two primary schools were divided into a control group of 150 and a test group of 148.The control group according to normal life,study habits,the test group accepted multidisciplinary team for myopia prevention and control intervention activities,including popular science online lectures,eye health science experience,"eye science into the campus"lecture activities,comparing the two groups of students before and after the intervention of vision-related health behavior score,naked eye vision,equivalent ball descendance,eye shaft length and short-sighted number.Results The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)when the two groups of students’vision-related health behavior scores,naked eye vision,equivalent spherical radials,and eye axis length were compared before intervention.After intervention by multidisciplinary teams,the visually related health behavior scores(31.44±1.98)were higher than those in the control group(26.71±1.25)and with statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of myopia in experimental group was 38.51%(57/148)lower than that in control group(49.33%,74/150),and with statistically significant(P<0.05).The naked eye vision,equivalent spherical radiality and eye shaft length of the students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and with more statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode of multidisciplinary collaboration can help improve students’myopia cognitive level,develop good vision-related health behavior,and alleviate students’myopia.
