脑卒中患者肠道菌群与病情、预后及TC、TG水平的相关性

Correlation Between Intestinal Flora and Condition,Prognosis,TC and TG Levels in Patients With Stroke

目的分析脑卒中患者肠道菌群与病情程度、预后及血脂水平的关联性。方法随机选择北京市老年病医院2015年1月—2020年1月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者190例,将其纳入病例组。另有同期选择体检健康的受试者190例,将其纳入对照组。检查肠道菌群与病情程度、预后及血脂水平,分析其关联性。结果病例组患者肠道菌群明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度病情、中度和重度患者的肠道菌群数量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组中轻度病情患者预后良好率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病情程度、预后和血脂水平总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)与三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)与肠道菌群数量呈负相关性。结论脑卒中患者肠道菌群与病情程度、预后及血脂水平关系密切,肠道菌群失衡会加重病情,影响预后,不利于血脂水平下降。

Objective To investigate correlation of intestinal flora with disease severity,prognosis and blood lipid levels in stroke.Methods A total of 190 ischemic stroke patients and another 190 healthy subjects in Beijing Geriatric Hospital from January 2015 and January2020 were enrolled,and set as case group and control group respectively.Intestinal flora was cultured,and its correlation with disease severity,prognosis and blood lipid level was discussed.Results The intestinal flora in case group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of intestinal flora of stroke patients with mild,moderate and severe degrees was also significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good prognosis rate of mild disease patients was the highest in case group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that disease severity,prognosis,blood lipid levels of total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were negatively correlated with the number of intestinal flora.Conclusion The intestinal flora of stroke patients is closely related to the disease severity,prognosis and blood lipid levels,moreover,the imbalance of intestinal flora in stroke patients will aggravate disease,affect prognosis,and affect blood lipid levels.
