锚钉修补结合切开内固定手术对踝关节骨折患者的影响观察

Effect of Anchor Repair Combined With Open Internal Fixation on Ankle Fracture

目的踝关节骨折患者实施锚钉修补、切开内固定术(open reduction and internal fixation,ORIF)的效果观察。方法以2019年2月—2020年2月医院收治的90例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,ORIF组45例,对其实施单一的ORIF治疗,综合组45例,对其实施ORIF与锚钉修补治疗,比较两组患者ORIF组和综合组的围术期情况、间踝间隙和距骨倾斜角情况,并对其进行踝-后足评分量表(American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society,AOFAS)评估和视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估。结果综合组围术期情况、术后间踝间隙情况、距骨倾斜角改善情况均要优于ORIF组,综合组的AOFAS评估总分为(92.6±3.6)分,ORIF组AOFAS评估总分为(70.3±3.9)分,综合组AOFAS评估总分高于ORIF组。综合组VAS评估总分比ORIF组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折患者实施锚钉修补、ORIF治疗,可促进其踝关节功能的恢复,减轻手术疼痛对患者造成的影响,效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)on ankle fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with ankle fracture admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,including 45 cases in the ORIF group and 45 cases in the comprehensive group,who were treated with ORIF alone,and 45cases in the comprehensive group,who were treated with ORIF and anchor repair.The perioperative situation,intermalleolar space and talus inclination angle of the ORIF group and the comprehensive group were compared.They were assessed by the American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society(AOFAS)and visual analogue scale(VAS).Results The improvement of perioperative conditions,postoperative ankle space and talus inclination Angle in the comprehensive group was better than that in the ORIF group.The total score of AOFAS assessment in the comprehensive group was(92.6±3.6)points,and that in the ORIF group was(70.3±3.9)points,and the total score of AOFAS assessment in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the ORIF group.The total VAS score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the ORIF group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anchor repair and ORIF treatment for ankle fracture can promote the recovery of ankle function and reduce the impact of surgical pain.
