麻家梁矿14104-1工作面停采缩面综合技术研究

摘要 针对麻家梁矿14104-1工作面停采缩面施工中可能存在的巷道变形及悬顶问题,以及高效回收煤炭资源需要,从安全施工技术角度,综合给出了停采缩面期间工作面铺网支护技术、布巷施工技术、支架回撤技术及工作面悬板治理技术,形成了工作面停采缩面综合安全施工技术,有效保障了麻家梁矿14104-1工作面停采缩面施工安全,使煤炭资源得以安全高效回采,研究技术可为类似工程条件矿山提供工程借鉴。 In view of the possible problems of roadway deformation and overhanging roof in the construction of 14104-1face in Majialiang coal mine, and the need of high-efficient recovery of coal resources, from the point of view of safe construction technology, the paper analyzes the problems of roadway deformation and overhanging roof in the construction of 14104-1face in Majialiang Coal Mine, the technology of mesh-laying support, roadway layout construction, support withdrawal and treatment of hanging plate of working face during stoping shrinkage face are comprehensively presented, which forms the comprehensive safety construction technology of stoping shrinkage face of working face, it effectively ensures the construction safety of 14104-1face in Majialiang mine, and makes the coal resources be mined safely and efficiently.
