煤自燃倾向性测试及监测技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 煤自燃是煤矿安全生产、运输和储存中的重大灾害之一。根据煤自燃防控实际需要,较全面地总结了煤自燃倾向性的测试方法,认为构建一个通用指标来评价煤自燃倾向性可以弥补单一测试方法的评估偏差;同时,重点分析了以温度为特征的OTDR技术与以指标气体为特征的TDLAS技术在煤自燃监测领域应用的原理及优缺点,通过两种技术的提升,建构特征温度与指标气体的定量关系,形成多参量数据融合的煤自燃监测技术能有效提升监测预警能力,并提出了无线传感器网络测温法与声发射技术在煤自燃监测领域应用的可行性。对煤自燃倾向性的检测与煤自燃火灾的监测预警研究具有重要作用,对实现煤自燃智能化协同防控治理和保障煤矿安全、高效、智能、绿色生产具有重要意义。 Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the major disasters in coal mine safety production, transportation and storage.According to the actual need of coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control, the test methods of coal spontaneous combustion tendency are summarized comprehensively, and it is considered that the evaluation deviation of single test method can be compensated by constructing a general index to evaluate coal spontaneous combustion tendency, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of the application of temperature-based OTDR technology and index gas-based TDLAS technology in the field of coal spontaneous combustion monitoring are emphatically analyzed, establishing the quantitative relationship between characteristic temperature and index gas, forming the monitoring technology of coal spontaneous combustion with multi-parameter data fusion can effectively improve the monitoring and early-warning ability, the feasibility of the application of wireless sensor network temperature measurement and acoustic emission technology in the field of coal spontaneous combustion monitoring is put forward.It is very important to detect the tendency of coal spontaneous combustion and study the monitoring and early warning of coal spontaneous combustion, it is of great significance to realize intelligent control and prevention of coal spontaneous combustion and to ensure coal mine safety, high efficiency, intelligence and green production.
