摘要
采用问卷调查法,以衡阳师范学院为例,对旅游管理本科生专业认同的现状及其各维度特征进行分析。结果表明:旅游管理本科生专业认同总体处于中等水平,按得分由高到低排序为专业认知、专业教育和专业前景;旅游管理本科生专业认同在性别、年级、生源地、志愿选择等方面存在显著差异。根据以上结果,从学生、院校和行业三个层面,提出加强自我管理、激发专业潜能,院校精准定位、发挥自身优势,面向行业需求、适应社会变革等建议。
Taking Hengyang Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of tourism management undergraduates’professional identity and its dimensions with questionnaire survey.The results show that:the overall professional identity of tourism management undergraduates is in the middle level,and the ranking of professional cognition,professional education,and the professional prospect is from high to low;There are significant differences in the professional identity of tourism management undergraduates in gender,grade,student origin,and voluntary choice.According to the above results,from the perspectives of students,colleges,and industries,suggestions are put forward to strengthen self-management,stimulate professional potential,accurately position colleges and universities,give full play to their advantages,meet the needs of the industry and adapt to social changes.
