摘要
本研究运用问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对H高校学前教育专业2016级、2017级学生驻园见习情况进行探析。结果表明,H高校学前教育专业学生驻园见习存在五个问题,即驻园见习前见习生准备不足;驻园见习中见习生身心压力大;驻园见习中见习生与幼儿园指导教师缺乏沟通;驻园见习中见习单位对见习内容落实程度不够;驻园见习后见习生职业胜任信心下降。据此,提出相关建议:见习生应做好充分的驻园见习准备并加强角色认知;高校应多元选择有质量保障的见习基地并加强学生职业信念培养;见习单位应重视指导教师队伍建设并落实驻园见习内容。
In this study,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were used to analyze the internship situation of 2016 and 2017 students majoring in preschool education in H University.Results show that H university preschool education specialized student’s internship problems are in five aspects,namely,before the internship,the trainees were not prepared enough;during the internship,trainees’physical and mental pressure was big;the trainees and kindergarten teachers were in poor contact;the internship unit did not implement the internship content enough;after the internship,trainees’confidence in professional competence has declined.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:the students should make full preparation for the internship and strengthen the role cognition;colleges and universities should choose the probation base with quality assurance and strengthen the cultivation of students’professional belief;probationary units should pay attention to the construction of guiding teachers and implement the internship content in the kindergarten.
