专利趋势分析视角的高校技术创新能力比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Technological Innovation Capability of Universities from the Perspective of Patent Trend Analysis

[目的 /意义]探索利用专利趋势分析方法透视高校技术创新能力,提升高校图书馆专利信息服务水平。[方法 /过程]将高校技术创新过程视为有机体的成长过程,利用专利申请趋势、授权趋势、有效趋势、申请人趋势、转让和许可趋势等6个方面的专利信息分别表征创新活力、创新实力、创新耐力、创新潜力、创新动力,采用序值法对100所高校的专利趋势数据进行比较分析。[结果 /结论 ]专利趋势分析方法简单易操作,适合高校图书馆开展专利信息服务,对促进知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理的服务水平具有参考意义。

[Purpose/significance]This article explores the use of patent trend analysis methods to see through the technological innovation capability of universities and to improve the patent information service level of university libraries.[Method/process]Treating the technological innovation process of universities as the growth process of an organism,the patent information in six aspects,including patent application trend,authorization trend,effective trend,applicant trend,assignment and licensing trend,were used to characterize innovation vitality,innovation strength,innovation stamina,innovation potential and innovation power respectively,and the patent trend data of 100 universities were comparatively analyzed using the order value method.[Result/conclusion]The patent trend analysis method is simple and easy to operate,suitable for university libraries to carry out patent information services,and has reference significance for promoting the service level of intellectual property creation,application,protection and management.
