民勤是拱卫河西走廊的重要生态屏障。石羊河(民勤段)创建美丽幸福河湖是提升当地水生态品质、实现人水和谐可持续发展的重要抓手。分析了石羊河(民勤段)创建美丽幸福河湖的难点,提出要做足治水文章,建设水清岸绿的生态之河;夯实河湖基础,建设万水安澜的安全之河;注重文化挖掘,建设人水和谐的文化之河等对策建议。

Minqin is an important ecological barrier that surrounds and protects the Hexi Corridor. The creation of beautiful and happy rivers and lakes in the Shiyang River(Minqin section) shall improve the quality of local water ecology for the harmony of people and water and sustainable development. The study focuses on the challenges of building beautiful and happy rivers and lakes in the river section. It is proposed to build an ecological river with clear water and green banks;consolidate the foundation of rivers and lakes, and ensure security;tap the potential of local culture for reaching harmony between people and water.
