山东烟台市扎实推进省级美丽幸福示范河湖建设。介绍了烟台市通过完善工作制度、加大资金投入、创建农村样板、明确建设思路等推进省级美丽幸福示范河湖建设的主要做法,分析了存在的问题,并从拓展资金筹措渠道、提高精细化管护水平、强化涉河建设项目监管、维护河流健康生命、引导群众参与等方面提出对策建议。

Yantai City of Shandong Province has fully emerged into the construction of demonstration areas of beautiful and happy rivers and lakes at the provincial level.Main practices are introduced,including improvement of the working system,increase of capital investment,creation of rural models,and finding out solutions.Problems are examined and measures are put forward from the prospects of expanding the channel of project financing,adopting refined management and protection,strengthening supervision of construction projects related to rivers,maintaining the health of rivers and providing guidance to local people for participation.
