摘要
随着河长制工作的推进和大数据应用价值的凸显,“河长制+大数据”的河湖管护模式将发挥重要作用。在分析“河长制+大数据”管护模式内涵的基础上,梳理了建设该模式的“一脑三体系”总体架构,即孪生流域数字大脑、“天空地人”一体化全域感知体系、生态流域创新应用体系、标准规范体系,并基于典型场景,探讨了模式的实际应用案例,为未来智慧河湖发展提供借鉴。
Along with the implementation of the river chief system and the application of big data,the model of“river chief system+big data”shall play an important role in river and lake management and protection.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the model,it is proposed to create an overall framework of“one brain and three systems”,namely a digital twin basin,an integrated system of“space,sky,land and people”,an ecological basin with innovative tools and a sound regulation system.Based on typical scenarios,actual cases of the model are discussed to provide a reference for the future development of smart rivers and lakes.
