摘要
为达到提高桥梁现浇箱梁施工质量、效率、安全系数的要求,结合BIM技术具有可视化、优化性、协调性、模拟性特点,以广东省某景观大桥项目为依托,提出BIM技术在桥梁现浇箱梁施工中的应用方案,建立现浇箱梁施工相关构件信息模型,基于BIM技术进行三维施工场地布置、支撑体系设计、碰撞协调优化、工程量统计、施工进度模拟及进度管理等方面进行应用,为现浇箱梁施工方案可行性和优化提供技术支撑,使现浇箱梁安全高效如期完成施工,可为其他类似工程提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of improving the construction quality,efficiency and safety factor of the cast-in-place box girder of the bridge,combined with the visualization,optimization,coordination and simulation characteristics of BIM technology,based on a landscape bridge project in Guangdong Province,the application scheme of BIM technology in the construction of the cast-in-place box girder of the bridge is put forward,the information model of relevant components of the cast-in-place box girder construction is established,and the three-dimensional construction site layout,support system design,and Collision coordination and optimization,engineering quantity statistics,construction progress simulation and progress management are applied to provide technical support for the feasibility and optimization of the construction scheme of cast-in-place box girder,so that the construction of cast-in-place box girder can be completed safely and efficiently on schedule,so as to provide reference for other similar projects.
