摘要
随着国家经济社会的发展,轨道交通经历了近10年的高速发展期,有了跨越式的巨大成长。作为城市构架的重要组成,轨道交通在国民经济社会活动中发挥着越来越重要作用,轨道交通迎来从量到质迭代阶段。但由于涉及多学科知识,工程技术要求复杂,国内缺乏系统性的理论研究作为设计支撑,我国建设的换乘枢纽投入运营后,暴露出了设计不周的问题。将广州建成的换乘枢纽分类,对空间品质进行研究,提炼出评价指标,运用层次分析法,综合评价定量和定性指标,构建科学合理的换乘枢纽空间品质评价体系。以广州大型换乘枢纽为应用案例,验证了评价指标体系的合理性,能对不同的换乘枢纽给与客观、中肯的评价,与现有的交通建筑基础设施本身的法规及规范互为补充,并为琶洲站的设计建设提供经验。
With the development of national economy and society,rail transit has experienced a rapid-development period of nearly ten years,and has grown by leaps and bounds.As an important component of the urban framework,rail transit plays an increasingly important role in national economic and social activities,and rail transit ushers in an iterative stage from quantity to quality.However,due to multidisciplinary knowledge,complex engineering and technical requirements,and lack of systematic theoretical research as a design support in China,the transfer hub built in China has exposed the problem of poor design after being put into operation.Classifies the transfer hubs built in Guangzhou,studies the space quality,refines the evaluation indicators,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the quantitative and qualitative indicators to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the space quality of transfer hubs.Taking Guangzhou large-scale transfer hub as a test case,the rationality of the evaluation index system is verified,which can give an objective and pertinent evaluation to different transfer hubs,complement the existing laws,regulations and specifications of transport building infrastructure,and provide experience for Pazhou transfer hub project construction.
