摘要
以某医院为例,对一体化防辐射手术室洁净无菌施工技术进行研究,综述了该医院手术室通过风管穿墙节点特殊无缝处理,地面和顶棚采用硫酸钡水泥砂浆进行抹灰施工、墙面踢脚线采用硫酸钡水泥砂浆提高防辐射性能,阴阳角处采用铅材构件包边延长气流流出路线,工厂预制石膏板及电解钢板复合墙体结构干挂安装在硫酸钡水泥砂浆砌筑墙体上,同时安装耐铅玻璃屏蔽门窗,以及百级空调系统进行室内空气净化与过滤等一系列创新技术,增强了手术室的气密性,确保了手术室的防辐射效果以及无菌、洁净化。
Take a hospital as an example,the integration of anti-radiation operating room clean sterile construction technology are studied,the hospital operating room were summarized through the duct wall node special seamless processing,ground and ceiling using barium sulfate cement mortar for plastering construction,the metope of the line that play a base using barium sulfate cement mortar improve radiation protection performance,Yin and Yang Angle lead material component and extend the airflow out of line,factory prefabrication plasterboard dry hanging and electrolytic composite wall structure of the steel plate is installed on the barium sulfate cement mortar masonry wall,at the same time,resistance to lead glass shielding door window is installed,and the best level of air conditioning system for indoor air purification and filtration,and a series of innovative technology,enhance the operating room air tightness,ensure the anti-radiation effect of the operating room and asepsis,cleasterility,cleanliness.
