顶管工作井分层逆作法在基础设施建设中的创新应用

摘要 针对成都大运会主会场周边基础设施建设项目排水工程顶管圆形工作井采用分层逆作法施工时,护壁模板缺少安全牢固、经济合理的支护方式从而导致施工难度大、费时费力、且施工时容易发生胀模现象,进而影响顶管工作井的成型质量等问题,对顶管工作井分层逆作法进行了创新应用——设计加工了一种“圆形模板支撑体系”进行护壁模板加固。实例研究说明,该技术能有效提高顶管工作井成型质量。 For chengdu universiade infrastructure surrounding the main drainage pipe jacking construction project of circular working shaft adopts hierarchical uni-axial, breast wall template firm lack of security, economic and reasonable support way leading to the construction is difficult, laborious and prone to bulge during the construction of mold phenomenon, which influence the forming quality of the pipe jacking work well. In this paper, the layered reverse method of pipe jacking well is innovatively applied, a “circular formwork support system” is designed and manufactured to reinforce the wall formwork. The case study shows that this technology can effectively improve the forming quality of pipe-jacking wells.
