随着产业的不断升级发展,传统物业管理已不能满足市场需求。信息物理系统紧密融合计算、通信与控制技术,旨在实现人、机、物的高效协同,是学术界的前沿技术。文章从信息物理系统的角度,提出了一种智慧物业服务模式的技术框架,为实现智慧物业,助力智慧城市,加速“两新一建”提供技术支持。

With the continuous upgrading and development of the industry,traditional property management can no longer meet the market demand.The cyber-physical system,which closely integrates the computing,communication and control technologies,aims to realize the efficient coordination of people,machines and things,and is the leading technology in the academic field.A kind of technology framework of intelligent property service mode of cyber-physical system for intelligent property is presented,which is the technical support for realizing intelligent property,helping smart cities and accelerating“new infrastructure,new urbanization initiatives and major projects”.
