摘要
文章针对末端空调保温层中发泡料在三价铬钝化板构成的腔体内成型后,存在部分粘连脱落的现象,通过对钝化膜成膜机理、发泡板成型机理分析,利用盐雾试验、表面相貌分析等实验方法,研究导致该问题的机理。研究揭示了钝化膜附着力不足导致发泡料粘连脱落的现象,并通过生产工艺优化,提升钝化膜附着力,有效解决该问题。
In view of the phenomenon of partial adhesion and shedding of the foaming material of thermal insulation layer of terminal air conditioning after its forming inside the cavity constituted by the trivalent chromium passivation plate,the experimental methods such as film formation mechanism of the passive film,analysis of the foaming plate forming mechanism,salt spray test,and analysis of surface phase appearance were used to investigate the mechanism leading to this problem.The phenomenon of adhesion and shedding of the foaming material caused by insufficient adhesion of passive film is revealed,and then the adhesion of passive film is optimized and raised through production process,so as to have effectively solved the problem.
