沥青路面厂拌冷再生混合料路用性能试验方法分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章以山西省国家级和省级公路路面改造项目为背景,通过对以水泥为添加剂的沥青混凝土路面的参数进行实验研究,包括打实指数和7d浸泡处理过的无侧限抗压强度。实验结果表明,随着水泥用量的增大,水泥稳定型沥青混凝土的最佳含水率和最大干重都随之提高,并随着材料的变化而变化。随着水泥用量的增大,其无侧限抗压强度的数值逐渐增大。同时,其平均数和代表性值随水泥用量的增大逐渐减小;与普通混凝土材质的复合型公路路面地基相比,发现混凝土稳定层与基础混凝土的无侧限抗压强度值较低,无法满足公路路面的要求和规范;在掺入量为5.5%以上的情况下,该材料的无侧限抗压强度能够满足道路的使用需求。 Based on the national and provincial highway pavement reconstruction projects in Shanxi Province, this paper conducts experimental research on the parameters of asphalt concrete pavement with cement as additive, including compaction index and unconfined compressive strength after 7D immersion treatment. According to the experimental data, the results show that: with the increase of cement content, the optimum moisture content and maximum dry weight of cement-stabilized asphalt concrete increase,and change with the change of material. With the increase of cement dosage, the value of unconfined compressive strength increases gradually, and the average value and representative value of unconfined compressive strength decrease gradually with the increase of cement dosage. Compared with the composite pavement foundation made of ordinary concrete, it is found that the unconfined compressive strength of the concrete stable layer and the foundation concrete is lower, which cannot meet the requirements and specifications of the road pavement. The unconfined compressive strength of the material can meet the use demand of the road when the incorporation amount is more than 5.5%.
