摘要
文章针对输煤转运系统中煤炭粉尘产生的原因进行分析,通过EDEM离散元仿真软件对转运系统中的颗粒及设备进行仿真分析,查看煤炭颗粒运动速度、方向对设备及扬尘的影响,通过优化挡板角度、增加曲线落煤管曲线段,使扬尘现象得到改善。
This paper analyzes the causes of coal dust in the coal handling and transfer system,simulates and analyzes the particles and equipment in the transfer system through the EDEM discrete element simulation software,and checks the impact of the movement speed and direction of coal particles on the equipment and dust,and improves the dust phenomenon by optimizing the angle of the baffle and increasing the curve section of the curve coal falling pipe.
