地区安全视域下驻韩美军变迁问题研究

A Study on the Change of United States Forces Korea from the Perspective of Regional Security and Stability

驻韩美军变迁是一个波折起伏的动态过程。它既是美国基于其国家安全战略和全球军力部署政策所做出的战略安排,同时又出于策应所谓“朝鲜威胁”和谋求对华军事遏制的战略考量。驻韩美军的变迁进程虽然有助于强化美韩联合防卫,但却刺激朝鲜不断提高反应烈度,给朝鲜半岛局势增添了极大不确定性,也严重威胁中俄两国的战略安全利益,给亚太地区安全环境增加了诸多不稳定因素。未来,在美国全面对华战略竞争态势下,驻韩美军的地位作用仍将不断得到强化。

The change of USFK(United States Forces Korea)is a dynamic process with ups and downs.It is not only a strategic arrangement made by the United States based on its national security strategy and global military deployment policy,but also has strategic considerations for coping with the so-called“DPRK threat”and seeking military containment against China.Although the changing process of USFK helped strengthen the joint defense of the United States and ROK,it stimulated the DPRK to continuously increase the intensity of its response,which added great uncertainty to the situation on the Korean Peninsula.Also,the changes seriously threatened the strategic security interests of China and Russia,which added many unstable factors to the security environment in the Asia-Pacific region.In the future,under the comprehensive strategic competition of the United States against China,the status of USFK,as well as its funtions,will continue to be strengthened.
