成都某体检中心60岁以上人群健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination results of people over 60 years old in a physical examination center in Chengdu

目的:了解60岁以上体检人群的健康状况,指导该人群的健康管理。方法:以2018年1月至2020年12月四川省人民医院健康管理中心北区的体检人群为研究对象,回顾60岁及以上人群的健康体检结果,按照年龄段60~70岁、70~80岁、80~90岁、90岁及以上进行分组,比较不同年龄段组的异常体检结果。结果:符合本研究的9995例数据纳入分析,疾病及异常体检结果由高到低依次为肾功能下降、高脂血症、高血压、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症、肾囊肿、糖尿病、转氨酶异常,不同年龄组的疾病及异常体检结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:60岁以上人群的健康状况不佳,心脑血管疾病的危险因素较多,需要加强管理,从而预防疾病的发生。

Objective:To understand the health status of people over 60 years of age who have had a medical check-up and to guide the health management of this population.Methods:Using the medical check-up population in the North District of the Health Management Center of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 as the study population,the health check-up results of the population aged 60 and above were reviewed and grouped according to age groups 60 to 70,70 to 80,80 to 90,and 90 and above,and the abnormal physical examination results of different age groups were compared.Results:The data of 9995 cases eligible for this study were included in the analysis.The disease and abnormal physical examination results in descending order were decreased renal function,hyperlipidaemia,hypertension,fatty liver,renal cyst,diabetes mellitus and transaminase abnormalities,with statistically significant differences between the different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The poor health status of people over 60 years of age and the high number of risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases require better management to prevent the occurrence of diseases.
