植被覆盖与空气污染物致冠心病死亡的关联研究

摘要 目的:研究植被覆盖对空气颗粒物及臭氧与冠心病生存时间关系的影响。方法:依托山东省临沂市平邑县疾病预防控制中心的慢性病发病和死亡监测系统,纳入2014—2020年发病且死亡的1796名冠心病患者,计算生存时间。通过中国高分辨空气污染数据集(CHAP)获取2014—2020年平邑县空气污染物(PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、O_(3))浓度,计算空气污染物累积平均值,采用贝叶斯核回归模型(BKMR)分析空气污染物对冠心病生存时间的影响,并对归一化差异植被指数(NDVI)进行分层分析。结果:三种空气污染物对冠心病的生存时间具有联合作用,总体上看,冠心病生存时间与PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)存在正相关关系。在低浓度和高浓度PM_(2.5)中存在负相关关系。对植被覆盖进行分层分析发现,高植被覆盖地区PM_(2.5)与冠心病生存时间存在负相关关系,低植被覆盖地区PM_(2.5)与冠心病生存时间存在正相关关系。结论:三种空气污染物对冠心病死亡存在联合作用,在不同植被覆盖地区PM_(2.5)与冠心病生存时间的关系不同。 Objective:To study the effect of vegetation cover on the relationship between air particulate matter and ozone and survival time of coronary heart disease.Methods:Based on the monitoring system of chronic disease incidence and death of Pingyi County Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Linyi City,Shandong Province,1796 patients with coronary heart disease who developed and died from 2014 to 2020 were included and the survival time was calculated.The concentrations of air pollutants(PM_(2.5),PM_(10),O_(3))in Pingyi County from 2014 to 2020 were obtained by Using the Chinese High Resolution Air Pollution Dataset(CHAP),and the cumulative mean values of air pollutants were calculated.The influence of air pollutants on the survival time of coronary heart disease was analyzed by Using Bayesian kernel regression model(BKMR).The normalized differential vegetation index(NDVI)was analyzed by stratification.Results:The three kinds of air pollutants have a combined effect on the survival time of coronary heart disease.In general,there is a positive correlation between the survival time of coronary heart disease and PM_(2.5)and PM_(10).There is a negative correlation between low and high concentrations of PM_(2.5).The stratified analysis of vegetation coverage showed that PM_(2.5)was negatively correlated with the survival time of CHD in areas with high vegetation coverage,while PM_(2.5)was positively correlated with the survival time of CHD in areas with low vegetation coverage.Conclusion:Three kinds of air pollutants have a joint effect on CHD death,and the relationship between PM_(2.5)and CHD survival time was different in different vegetation covered areas.
