CT三维定位下小切口手术内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床治疗分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CT三维定位下小切口手术内固定治疗对多发性肋骨骨折的临床治疗疗效。方法:在2019年3月~2020年5月本院收治的多发性肋骨骨折患者中选择76例进行研究,根据患者治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组进行保守治疗,观察组行CT三维定位下小切口手术内固定治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的骨折愈合率97.37%高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者所发生的并发症与对照组患者相比更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后下床活动时间、治疗后住院时间、骨折愈合时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于多发性肋骨骨折患者的临床治疗,应用CT三维定位下小切口手术内固定的效果最佳,能够清晰地确认手术位置,精准的定位切口大小,对患者日后愈合与康复有所帮助。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of small incision internal fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures under CT three-dimensional positioning.Methods: 76 patients with multiple rib fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected for the study. According to the treatment plan of the patients, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group received conservative treatment, while the observation group received small incision operation and internal fixation under CT three-dimensional positioning. Results: The fracture healing rate of observation group was 97.37% higher than that of control group(76.32%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Patients in the observation group had fewer complications than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of getting out of bed after treatment, the time of hospitalization after treatment and the time of fracture healing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For the clinical treatment of patients with multiple rib fractures, the application of CT three-dimensional positioning with small incision internal fixation has the best effect. It can clearly confirm the surgical location and accurately locate the incision size, which is helpful to the healing and rehabilitation of patients in the future.
