标准化管理在洁净手术室系统节能改造中的应用研究

Application of Standardized Management in Energy Saving Transformation of Clean Operating Room System

目的:探讨标准化管理在洁净手术室系统节能改造中的应用。方法:予以2021年1月~12月本院洁净手术室系统进行管理,并择取科室内30名护理人员,根据月份将其分为不同管理手段。对照组(2021年1月~6月)予以节能改造,观察组(2021年7月~12月)在此基础上采用标准化管理。比较两组卫生指标评分,管理纠纷及管理质量评分。结果:观察组管理后器械使用、人员手部卫生、科室空气质量、系统清洁等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组管理纠纷发生率6.67%低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05),且观察组管理感染发生率0.00%低于对照组6.67%(P<0.05)。观察组管理后落实安全检测工作、树立节能观念、择取适宜过滤器、净化严格控制等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于院内洁净手术室系统进行节能改造,应用标准化管理具有积极意义,改善科室内卫生指标评分,降低管理纠纷以及感染发生率,提升管理质量评分。

Objective: To explore the application of standardized management in the energy-saving transformation of clean operating room system. Methods: The clean operating room system of our hospital was managed from January to December 2021, and 30 nurses in the Department were selected, which were divided into different management methods according to the month. The control group(January to June 2021) was given energy-saving transformation, and the observation group(July to December 2021) adopted standardized management on this basis. The scores of health indicators, management disputes and management quality were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of instrument use, personnel hand hygiene, department air quality and system cleanliness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of management disputes in the observation group was 6.67% lower than 13.33% in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of management infection in the observation group was 0.00% lower than 6.67% in the control group(P<0.05). After management, the scores of implementing safety inspection, establishing the concept of energy conservation, selecting appropriate filters and strict control of purification in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The energy-saving transformation of the clean operating room system in the hospital and the application of standardized management are of positive significance. It is worth popularizing to improve the health index score in the department, reduce the incidence of management disputes and infection, and improve the management quality score.
