活血凉血汤联合甘川止痛膏治疗静止期斑块型银屑病疗效观察

Observation of Effect of Huoxue Liangxue Decoction Combined with Ganchuan Zhitong Ointment in the Treatment of Stationary Plaque Psoriasis

目的:观察活血凉血汤联合甘川止痛膏治疗斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:60例采用随机信封法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予莫米松乳膏联合尿素乳膏治疗,治疗组给予活血凉血汤内服配合甘川止痛膏外用治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PASI评分与中医证候积分均较治疗前低,而治疗组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血凉血汤联合甘川止痛膏治疗血瘀型静止期斑块型银屑病效果较好,复发率低且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Liangxue Decoction combined with Ganchuan Zhitong Ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mometasone cream combined with urea cream while the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Liangxue Decoction combined with Ganchuan Zhitong Ointment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PASI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Liangxue Decoction combined with Ganchuan Zhitong Ointment is effective in the treatment of plaque psoriasis in stationary phase of blood stasis type,with low recurrence rate and high safety.
