电针辅治神经性耳鸣临床观察

目的:观察电针辅治神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:60例分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予常规针刺,治疗组加用电针耳周穴(耳门穴、听宫穴、听会穴、翳风穴)及晕听区治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TEQ评分均下降(P<0.05),椎、基底动脉平均血流速度均上升(P<0.05),且治疗组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针耳周穴及晕听区治疗神经性耳鸣疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at periauricular points(auricular points,Tinggong points,Tinghui points,Yifeng points)and fainting area.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TEQ scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the average blood flow velocity of vertebral and basilar arteries increased(P<0.05),and the amplitude of variation of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at periauricular points and fainting area has a good effect in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.
