火龙灸联合手法推拿治疗肩周炎寒湿痹阻型临床观察

目的:观察火龙灸联合手法推拿治疗肩周炎寒湿痹阻型的疗效。方法:100例随机分两组各50例,对照组用功能康复锻炼联合推拿,观察组用火龙灸联合手法推拿治疗。结果:对照组疼痛VAS评分明显高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组肩关节功能评分、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火龙灸联合手法推拿治疗肩周炎寒湿痹阻型疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of fire dragon moxibustion combined with manual massage in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with functional rehabilitation exercise combined with massage,while the observation group were treated with fire dragon moxibustion combined with manual massage.Results:The VAS pain score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire dragon moxibustion combined with manual massage is effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
