基于多能源需求响应的综合能源系统动态优化控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 需求响应(Demand Response,DR)是需求侧参与电网灵活互动的重要途径,其在能源互联网中衍生为综合需求响应(Integrated Demand Response,IDR),利用冷、热、电、气等不同形式能源间的耦合互补关系,在需求侧进行多能源协同优化。文中基于综合能源系统(Integrated Energy System,IES)框架结构和IDR的基本理论,提出考虑多能源需求响应下的综合能源系统动态优化控制方法。依据电力需求和价格弹性理论,综合考虑了能源价格对电力、热力、天然气等能源消耗量的影响,构建了多元化用能价格需求响应模型;以经济和环境成本最小为目标,建立了基于DR机制的IES多目标动态运行优化模型,并采用基于超平面投影方法的改进非劣性遗传算法(HP-NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解,以典型园区为例进行实例仿真分析,验证了多能源需求响应对促进综合能源系统优化运行的有效性。 Demand response(DR)is an important way for the demand side to participate in the flexible interaction of power grid.Its derivative is integrated demand response(IDR)in the energy Internet,which makes use of the coupling and complementary relationship between different forms of energy,such as cold,heat,electricity and gas,to carry out multi-energy collaborative optimization on the demand side.Based on the framework of integrated energy system(IES)and the basic theory of IDR,this paper proposes the dynamic optimal control method of integrated energy system considering multi energy demand response.According to the electricity demand and price elasticity theory,considering the influence of energy price on energy consumption such as electricity,heat and natural gas comprehensively,the multi-objective dynamic operation optimization model of IES mechanism is established,and the improved non-inferior genetic algorithm(HP-NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the problem.The integrated energy project in typical areas is used to verify the effectiveness of multi-energy demand response in promoting the optimal operation of integrated energy system.
