诺丽酵素对海南文昌鸡生长和免疫性能的影响

为探讨诺丽酵素对海南文昌鸡生长和免疫性能指标的影响,本试验将100只70日龄非免疫的健康海南文昌鸡随机分为4组:对照组和3个试验组(低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组),每组25只。4组试验用鸡除日粮添加的诺丽酵素比例不同,其他条件和饲养管理完全相同,对照组饲喂未添加诺丽酵素的配合饲料,试验组饲喂的全价配合饲料中添加不同比例的诺丽果发酵液。在70d和130d时称重,在130d时测定各组鸡的平均屠宰体重、免疫器官的比重以及血清中新城疫抗体指数。结果表明,不同剂量的诺丽果酵素均能不同程度地提高海南文昌鸡的生长速度、免疫器官指数、细胞因子和抗体滴度的水平,其中以中剂量(100mg/kg体重)效果最明显。

In order to investigate the effect of noni enzyme on the growth and immune performance of Hainan Wenchang chickens,100 healthy 70-day-old non-immune Hainan Wenchang chickens were randomly divided into four groups:control group and three experimental groups(low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group),with 25 chickens in each group.In addition to the different proportion of noni enzyme added to the diet,the other conditions and feeding management of the four groups of experimental chickens are exactly the same.The control group is fed with formula feed without noni enzyme,and the full price formula feed fed by the experimental group is added with different proportion of noni Fruit Fermentation broth.The chickens were weighed at 70D and 130d,and the average slaughter weight,the proportion of immune organs and the antibody index of Newcastle disease in serum were measured at 130d.The results showed that different doses of Noni fruit enzyme could improve the growth rate,immune organ index,cytokine and antibody titer of Hainan Wenchang Chicken in varying degrees,among which the medium dose(100mg/kg body weight)had the most obvious effect.
