摘要
为了降低操作人员劳动强度和操作难度,提高生产技术和管理水平,提升管网本质安全和运行效率,推进智能化管道建设,通过采取全面感知、智能控制、精准监测、预警预控、系统决策、协同管理等方法,在长输管道防腐领域进行智能机械化补口技术、线路阴极保护智能监测技术、站场区域阴极保护智能控制技术以及高压直流输电系统(HVDC)智能干扰防护技术等相关应用,结果表明智能管道防腐技术可以有效监控和诊断管道阴极保护状况,减少管道腐蚀风险,保障管道长期安全平稳运行。
In order to reduce the labor intensity and operation difficulty of operators,promote the progress of production technology and management,and improve the essential safety and operation efficiency of pipe network,it is necessary to vigorously promote the construction of intelligent piping.By adopting comprehensive perception,intelligent control,accurate monitoring,early warning and control counter,decision-making method,collaborative management system,the intelligent mechanization field joint coating technology,cathodic protection intelligent monitoring technology,cathodic protection station area intelligent control technology and high voltage direct current power transmission(HVDC)intelligent interference protection technology are applied in the field of the long-distance pipeline corrosion protection.The results show that the intelligent pipeline corrosion protection can effectively monitor and diagnose the cathodic protection of pipelines,reduce the risk of pipeline corrosion,and ensure the long-term safe operation of pipelines.
