铝合金厚板搅拌摩擦焊焊接工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究铝合金厚板的搅拌摩擦焊工艺,选用6005A-T6铝合金进行焊接试验,设定FSW和MIG两种焊接方式。通过对比试验,得出FSW焊接工艺可以有效避免厚板熔化焊多层多道焊的弊端,同时对环境要求要远低于MIG焊接,焊接效率更高,无需填充焊丝,即可获得理想的焊接接头。证明FSW工艺可以应用到铝合金厚板焊接生产。 In this paper,in order to explore the friction stir welding process of aluminum alloy plate,6005A-T6 aluminum alloy is selected for welding test,and two welding modes of FSW and MIG are set.Based on the comparative test,it is concluded that FSW welding process can effectively avoid the disadvantages of multi-layer and multi-pass welding of plate fusion welding,and the environmental requirements are much lower than MIG welding.The welding efficiency is higher,and the ideal welding joint can be obtained without filling welding wire.It is proved that FSW process can be applied to the welding of aluminum alloy plate.
