摘要 转子系统的振动问题是航空航天航海等多个工程领域非常关注的技术瓶颈问题。该文针对本科生和研究生关于转子系统振动教学需求,设计并搭建了包括驱动控制系统、振动测试系统和实验转子系统的多功能实验平台,有限元数值仿真校核结果说明平台刚度和振动特性满足使用需求。该平台可用于开展转子临界转速、多种因素对转子动力学特性影响、转静子碰摩、支承刚度不对称、支承不对中等内容的教学实验,取得了良好的教学效果。 The vibration of the rotor system is an essential technical problem that is particularly concerned by many engineering fields such as aerospace and navigation.Considering the teaching needs of undergraduate and postgraduate in rotor dynamics,a multi-functional experimental platform including a motor driving system,a vibration test system and a rotor rig is designed and built.The rigidity and vibration characteristics of the platform are verified by finite element methods.The platform can be used for the experimental teaching of the critical speed of the rotor,the influence of various factors on the rotor dynamics,the rubbing between the rotor and the stator,the asymmetry of the support stiffness,and the misalignment of the support,and has achieved good teaching effects.
