屈曲板型高静低动隔振器

摘要 针对船舶动力设备低频振动特点,设计一种结构简单新颖,具有准零刚度特性的屈曲板型高静低动隔振器,并加工研制出原理样机。搭建试验平台,对隔振器进行静力加载试验和振动传递率试验,对其准零刚度特性和隔振效果进行试验验证,对比分析高静低动隔振器和传统线性隔振器的隔振性能。试验结果表明,屈曲板型高静低动隔振器具有准零刚度特性,能有效降低共振频率,具有良好的低频隔振性能和较大的隔振区间,且隔振效果优于线性隔振器。 Aim at reducing the low frequency vibration of a marine equipment,a new buckling plate type high-static-low-dynamic stiffness vibration isolator is proposed in this paper,and its principled sample machine is manufactured.The test platform of vibration isolator was set up,and its static force and vibration transmissibility test was carrying out.The vibration isolation performance of the proposed was compared with that of the traditional linear vibration isolator.The results show that the high-static-low-dynamic vibration isolator has quasi-zero stiffness characteristics,which can effectively reduce the resonance frequency.It has good low frequency vibration isolation performance and large vibration isolation range,and the vibration isolation effect is better than that of linear vibration isolator.
