地铁积水事故处置常用排水装备及相应措施

Common drainage equipment and corresponding measures for the disposal of subway water accumulation accidents

近年来,我国地铁积水事故时有发生,逐渐引起了我国各级政府部门对此类灾害事故的高度重视,由于地铁积水事故普遍呈现积水深度大、积水时间长、受困群众多等特点,稍有不慎即可引发群死群伤事故。因此,各级消防救援队伍必须进一步加强地铁积水事故实战救援能力建设,切实承担好“全灾种、大应急”的重任。结合消防救援队伍历年处置此类灾害事故的经验,对实战处置过程中消防救援队伍开展排水作业的器材装备、战术措施及作战安全注意事项进行了逐一研判,以期为全国消防救援队伍执行相应灾情的排水任务提供参考。

In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of subway water accumulation accidents in our country, the government departments at all levels have gradually attached great importance to such disasters. Due to the fact that subway water accumulation accidents generally presents the characteristics of large water accumulation depth, long water accumulation time, and many trapped people. A little carelessness can lead to the occurrence of mass casualties and mass injuries. Therefore, fire and rescue teams at all levels must further strengthen the construction of actual rescue capabilities for subway water accumulation accidents, and earnestly undertake the important task of "comprehensive disaster and coordinated emergency". Combined with the accumulated experience of the fire and rescue teams in the process of dealing with such disasters, the equipment, tactical measures and operational safety precautions of the fire and rescue teams to carry out drainage operations were studied one by one, hoping to provide references for the national fire and rescue teams to carry out the corresponding disaster drainage tasks.
