依托三亚湾协作组织提升区域性火灾防控水平

三亚市天涯区三亚湾区域依托前期国际旅游岛的建设,在基础设施、经济建设等方面取得了长足发展,已形成密集星级酒店群,区域内既有高档别墅、会议中心、度假村等配套设施,也有餐饮、娱乐、购物等休闲配套场所。三亚湾酒店群作为三亚市天涯区的名片具有特殊性和重要性,我大队以三亚湾区域为试点,通过分析三亚湾区域酒店的运营现状,查找出区域内宾馆酒店行业面临的消防安全问题,分析区域协作组织建立的必要性以及日常工作建议和方法,着力于提高区域内消防安全重点单位的自防自控能力,在有效强化火灾防控以及消防安全管理工作层面提供必要的经验交流,为探索区域集中型消防安全重点单位的协作管理提供参考。

Relying on the construction of the international tourism island in the early stage, the Sanya Bay area of Tianya District, Sanya has made great progress in infrastructure and economic construction.A dense group of star-rated hotels has been formed. There are not only high-end villas, conference centers, resorts and other supporting facilities in the region, but also leisure supporting places such as catering, entertainment, and shopping. Sanya Bay Hotel Group is special and important as the business card of Tianya District, Sanya.The Fire and Rescue Section takes the Sanya Bay area as a pilot project. By analyzing the operation status of hotels in Sanya Bay,the fire safety problems faced by the hotel industry in the region are found out. The necessity of establishing a regional cooperative organization and the daily work suggestions and methods are analyzed,and efforts are made to improve the self-defense and self-control capabilities of the key units of fire safety in the region. The necessary experience exchange at the level of effectively strengthening fire prevention and control and fire safety management is provided,which provides references for exploring the collaborative management of regional centralized the key units of fire safety.
