随着地下商业建筑的迅速增多,各类消防安全隐患问题也逐渐引起了我国各级政府部门的高度关注。为了有效降低以上区域内部群死群伤事故及重大财产损失事件的发生,对我国地下商业建筑内部普遍存在的各类消防安全隐患问题进行逐一探究,并以此为依据对地下商业建筑内部涉及消防安全改造工作的相关参数进行具体分析,力争通过合理的改进措施有效降低地下商业建筑内部实际存在的火灾风险,进一步推动我国建筑消防事业的良性发展。

With the rapid increase of underground commercial buildings, various fire hazards have gradually attracted the attention of government departments at all levels in our country. In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of mass casualties and major property losses in the above areas, various fire hazards that generally exist in underground commercial buildings are explored one by one.Based on this, the relevant parameters of fire safety renovation work in underground commercial buildings are analyzed in detail. The actual fire risk in underground commercial buildings is effectively reduced by reasonable improvement measures, and the healthy development of our country’s building fire protection industry is further promoted.
