摘要
从现场勘验、调查询问、视频分析等方面,结合模拟实验、技术鉴定,对一起养老院较大火灾事故进行了调查、分析、认定,以期为今后此类场所火灾事故调查工作提供参考,同时为加强养老机构消防监督管理提供方向。
From the aspects of on-site inspection, investigation and inquiry, video analysis, etc., combined with simulation experiments and technical appraisal, a large fire accident in a nursing home was investigated, analyzed and identified. It is hoped to provide references for the investigation of fire accidents in such places in the future, and at the same time provide directions for strengthening the fire supervision and management of elderly care institutions.
