通过基地化训练提升灭火救援专业能力的研究

随着城市中高层、地下、大跨度建筑和化工装置越来越多,新兴产业和各种新型材料不断出现,给消防救援队伍的灭火和应急救援工作带来了许多新情况新问题,特别是改革转隶后消防救援队伍职能和任务的不断拓展,对专业处置能力提出了更高要求和更大挑战,如何开展基地化实战化训练,有效提升队伍的科学指挥、实战训练、协同作战能力,成为摆在消防救援人员面前的一大课题。通过剖析当前训练工作中存在的问题与不足,分析开展基地化训练的优势与意义,就通过基地化训练提升灭火救援实战能力提出了针对性建议,对各地开展基地化训练具有一定的指导意义。

With more and more high-rise, underground, large-span buildings and chemical plants in the city, emerging industries and various new materials are emerging, which brings many new situations and problems to the firefighting and emergency rescue work of the fire rescue team, especially the continuous expansion of the functions and tasks of the fire rescue team after the reform and transfer, which puts forward higher requirements and greater challenges to the professional disposal ability, and how to carry out the base based and practical training, To effectively improve the scientific command, practical training and cooperative operation ability of the team has become a major issue for fire rescue personnel. Through analyzing the problems and shortcomings in the current training work, analyzing the advantages and significance of carrying out the base training, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on improving the fire fighting and rescue ability through the base training,which has a certain guiding significance to carry out the base training in various regions.
