我党早期信贷实践及对做好新时代“三农”金融服务工作的启示

Our Party’s Early Credit Practice and its Enlightenment to Doing a Good Job in Financial Services in the New Era of"Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers"

我党历来高度重视“三农”金融服务工作,早在新民主主义革命时期就进行了一系列信贷探索,主要包括组织机构建设、信贷政策制定、政策实施、产品和服务设计等方面,体现了坚持党的领导、以人民利益为重的特点,形成了政策配合的雏形和实事求是的工作作风。与革命战争年代相比,当前,我国在农村居民生产生活条件、农业经营方式、党的资源调动及服务实体经济发展的实力和能力三方面发生了巨大变化,但同时,“三农”关系国计民生的基础地位、党对“三农”问题的高度重视、农村金融与“三农”事业的血脉联系三方面又从未改变。未来,做好金融支持“三农”工作依然是金融系统践行为民初心的历史使命,工作中仍需要紧抓四个方面,即坚持和加强党的领导、注重以人民为中心、坚持实事求是、强化工作合力。

Our party has always attached great importance to the financial services of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".As early as the period of the New Democratic Revolution,it carried out a series of credit explorations,mainly including organizational structure construction,credit policy formulation,policy implementation,product and service design,etc.,reflecting the characteristics of adhering to the Party’s leadership and putting the interests of the people first,forming The rudiment of policy cooperation and realistic work style.Compared with the revolutionary war era,at present,China has undergone great changes in the production and living conditions of rural residents,agricultural management methods,the Party’s resource mobilization and the strength and ability to serve the development of the real economy.However,at the same time,"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"are related to the basic status of the national economy and people’s livelihood,and the Party attaches great importance to the issue of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The blood relationship between rural finance and the cause of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"has never changed.In the future,doing a good job in financialsupport for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"will remain the historical mission of the financial system to fulfill the people’s original aspiration.Four aspects still need to be paid close attention to in the work,namely,adhering to and strengthening the Party’s leadership,focusing on people-centered,adhering to seeking truth from facts,and strengthening joint efforts.
