健康老龄化背景下社会代际关怀养老模式研究实践及启示

Research Practice and Enlightenment of Social Intergenerational Care for the Aged Under the Context of Healthy Aging

本文从社会代际关怀内涵及其特点出发,介绍国内外社会代际关怀活动,并将新型社会代际关怀养老模式总结为老幼互助、老幼互动、老幼整合3种类型,提出我国在设计本土化社会代际关怀养老模式时,应基于本国国情,对政府政策、人力资源、社会宣传及活动方案等多方面进行实践,促进社会养老模式可持续发展。

Based on the connotation and characteristics of social intergenerational care, this paper introduces the activities of social intergenerational care at home and abroad, and summarizes the new model of social intergenerational care for the aged into three types: solidarity between the old and the young, interaction between the old and the young, and integration of the old and the young. It is proposed that when designing the localized model of social intergenerational care for the aged, we should practice government policies, human resources, social publicity and activity plans based on its own national conditions to promote its sustainable development.
