基于文献计量的我国康复治疗人力资源研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解我国康复治疗人力资源的研究现状,为加强康复治疗师人才队伍建设提供参考。方法:系统检索中国知网、维普等数据库有关康复治疗人力资源的文献,检索时间限定为建库起至2021年。运用文献计量法对纳入文献进行资料分析。结果:共纳入文献64篇,首篇出现于2004年,2017年后发文量呈波动上升趋势。文献来源以普通期刊为主,研究范围以省域和地市为主,研究机构以学校为主,研究类型多为调查研究。东部地区研究数量多于西部,论文合计被引率较高。结论:当前我国康复治疗人力资源研究数量有待提升;研究机构与研究内容有待丰富;研究地域分布失衡,康复治疗人才教育层次及培养培训有待完善。有关部门应推动该领域学术研究不断深入全面,完善康复治疗师教育及培训制度,持续丰富服务项目,深化机构间合作,并加快解决地域及机构配置差异问题。同时适当借鉴国际经验,探索建立适合我国康复治疗师的配置模式。 Objective:To understand the research status of human resources in rehabilitation therapy in China,so as to provide references for strengthening the talent team construction of rehabilitation therapists.Methods:The literature related to human resources of rehabilitation therapy were systematically searched from CNKI,VIP and other databases,and the retrieval time was limited from the database establishment to 2021.Bibliometric analysis was used to analyze the included literature.Results:A total of 64 articles were included,the first of which appeared in 2004,and the number of published articles showed a fluctuating upward trend after 2017.The main sources of literature were ordinary journals,the research scope was mainly provincial and prefectural,the research institutions were mainly schools,and the research type was mostly survey research.The number of studies in the eastern region was more than that in the western region,and the total citation rate of papers was higher.Conclusion:At present,the research quantity of human resources of rehabilitation therapy in China needs to be improved.The research institutions and the research contents need to be enriched.The distribution of studies is unbalanced.The education level and training of rehabilitation therapists need to be improved.Relevant departments should promote in-depth and comprehensive academic research in this field,improve the education and training system of rehabilitation therapists,continue to enrich service programs,deepen cooperation among institutions,and speed up the resolution of regional and institutional differences.At the same time,we should learn from the international experience appropriately to explore and establish a suitable allocation model for rehabilitation therapists in China.
