广州市某社区精神障碍患者中医药服务首选意愿及其影响因素

First-option Intention of Traditional Chinese Medicine Services and Its Influencing Factors of Patients with Mental Disorders in the Community of Guangzhou

目的:了解广州市社区精神障碍患者的中医药服务首选意愿及其影响因素,以提高社区中医药服务质量。方法:采用现场调查和网络调查相结合的方法对广州市天河区石牌社区精神障碍患者和/或家属进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象中51.6%的患者有中医药服务首选意愿,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、患病年限、对中医药保健知识是否感兴趣、所在社区是否开展精神科中医药相关工作、是否接受过中医药服务是患者中医药首选意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:患者对中医药服务首选意愿不强烈,针对广州市社区在库精神分裂症患者进行积极有效的中西医结合防治,是今后提升患者中医药首选意愿的重要举措。

Objective:To obtain the first-option intention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)services and its influencing factors of patients with mental disorders in Guangzhou,so as to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine services in the community.Methods:Patients with mental disorders or their relatives in the community of Guangzhou were investigated by combining field survey and Internet survey.Results:51.6%of the respondents had the first-option intention for traditional Chinese medicine services.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,years of illness,whether they were interested in TCM health care knowledges,whether the communities carried out psychiatric TCM-related works,and whether they had received TCM services were the influencing factors of patients’first-option intention of TCM(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients do not have a strong willingness to choose TCM services.It is an important measure to improve the preferred intention of patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to prevent and effectively treat schizophrenia patients in Guangzhou community.
