模拟氮磷沉降对翅碱蓬生长及氮、磷含量的影响

摘要 氮磷沉降增加可对植物生长、养分储存等生态策略产生影响。以翅碱蓬(Suaeda heteroptera)为研究对象,采用室内盆栽方法,实验设计6个氮梯度和6个磷梯度,选用氯化铵水溶液模拟氮沉降、磷酸二氢钠水溶液模拟磷沉降,研究了翅碱蓬生长及氮磷含量对模拟氮磷沉降的响应。结果表明:模拟氮磷沉降促进了翅碱蓬生长,显著增加了株高与干重;模拟磷沉降对翅碱蓬植株株高和干重的促生长影响强于模拟氮沉降;翅碱蓬植株株高与干重表现为异速生长关系,模拟氮沉降条件下表现为正异速生长关系,模拟磷沉降下表现为负异速生长关系;模拟氮磷沉降对翅碱蓬植株氮含量无显著影响(p>0.05),但增加了植株磷含量;模拟氮磷沉降对翅碱蓬生长发育的负面影响有待进一步研究。因此,在翅碱蓬湿地生态修复过程中需要对养分添加作用进行充分考虑。 The increased nitrogen and phosphorus deposition can affect the ecological strategies, such as plant growth and nutrient storage.With Suaeda heteroptera as the research object and using the indoor potting method, the experiment included 6 nitrogen and phosphorus gradients respectively.With ammonium chloride aqueous solution to simulate nitrogen deposition and sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution to simulate phosphorus deposition, the response of Suaeda heteroptera growth and nitrogen and phosphorus content to simulated nitrogen and phosphorus deposition was studied.The results showed that simulated nitrogen and phosphorus deposition promoted the growth of Suaeda heteroptera and significantly increased plant height and plant weight.The effect of simulated phosphorus deposition on the plant height and weight of Suaeda heteroptera was stronger than that of simulated nitrogen deposition.The relationship between plant height and plant weight of Suaeda heteroptera showed an allometric relationship.Under the simulated nitrogen deposition condition, it showed a positive allometric relationship, and under simulated phosphorus deposition, it showed a negative allometric relationship.Simulated nitrogen and phosphorus deposition had no significant effect on plant nitrogen content(p> 0.05),but increased plant phosphorus content.Negative effects of simulated nitrogen and phosphorus deposition on the growth and development of Suaeda heteroptera require further study.Therefore, the effect of nutrient addition needs to be fully considered in the process of ecological restoration of Suaeda Wetland.
