摘要
新时代,乡村经济和乡村教育都迎来发展的新格局,乡村教育的使命转向为在高质量发展中服务乡村振兴、助推共同富裕。乡村教育通过供给侧的高质量发展满足乡村社会的多维需求,通过人才培养实现教育与个人、教育与经济、教育与社会的协同发展,用“文字下乡”“文字上移”和“技术下乡”的转型升级推动乡村社会全面实现共同富裕。然而,在服务乡村振兴和促进共同富裕的过程中,乡村教育在价值定位、结构体系和运行机制方面都存在客观问题与局限。因此,中国乡村教育要不断优化教育结构,构建“两极三类四层次”的新型乡村教育体系,加强学校与社区的物质文化建设,组建高素质师资团队,开发区域性乡土课程,强化各项制度创新,进而,以乡村教育的高质量发展服务乡村振兴,推动乡村经济社会高质量发展,迈向共同富裕。
In the new era, both rural society and rural education have ushered in a new development pattern. It is a new mission given by the times to fully realize rural revitalization and toward common prosperity. Rural education has also shouldered the new responsibility to revitalize rural areas and promote common prosperity. Rural education meets the multi-dimensional needs of rural society through the high-quality development of the supply side, realizes the coordinated development of education and individuals, education and economy, and education and society through talent training, and promotes the comprehensive realization of common prosperity of rural society through the transformation and upgrading of “Wen zi xia xiang” “Wen zi shang yi” and “Ji shu xia xiang”. However, in the process of promoting common prosperity in rural education, there are still some challenges, such as deviation of value orientation, single structural system and rigid operation mechanism. Therefore, China’s rural education should constantly optimize the educational structure, build a new rural education system of “two poles, three classes and four levels”, strengthen the material and cultural construction of schools and communities, set up high-quality teacher teams, develop regional local courses, and strengthen institutional innovation and the high-quality development of rural education, promote the high-quality development of rural economy and rural society, and finally achieve common prosperity.
