新时代民族地区中小学劳动教育的价值定位、现实困境及路径构建 被引量:6

Value Positioning, Practical Dilemma and Path Construction of Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in Ethnic Areas in the New Era

摘要 新时代民族地区中小学劳动教育以促进少数民族学生全面发展、为少数民族人民创造美好生活、传承民族优秀传统文化和担负中华民族伟大复兴的重任为价值定位。调查发现,当前民族地区中小学的劳动教育呈现出劳动教育设计的简单化和碎片化、劳动教育课程脱离时代诉求、劳动教育过程缺乏价值渗透、劳动教育主体生命活力匮乏等困境,制约劳动教育价值的实现。为此,新时代民族地区中小学劳动教育要构建系统的劳动教育体系,全面彰显劳动的育人价值;开发多样化的劳动教育课程,发展少数民族学生综合的劳动素养;全方位渗透劳动价值观,孕育少数民族学生丰富的劳动情感;秉承身心合一的思维方法,培育少数民族学生劳动的主体性精神。 The labor education of primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas in the new era is positioned on the all-round development of ethnic students, creating a better life for the ethnic people, inheriting the excellent traditional ethnic culture and shouldering the important responsibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The survey found that the current labor education in primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas presents the difficulties such as the simplification and fragmentation of the design for labor education, failure of labor education curriculum to meet the demand of era, lack of value penetration in the process of labor education, and lack of life vitality of labor education subjects, which restrict the realization of the value of labor education. Therefore, labor education of primary and secondary schools in the new era should build a systematic labor education system and comprehensively highlight the value of labor education;develop diversified labor education courses to boost the comprehensive labor quality of ethnic students;all-round penetration of labor values to foster ethnic students’ rich labor emotions;adhere to the thinking method of integrating body and mind, so as to cultivate ethnic students’ labor subjectivity spirit.
