Research on the Development Strategies of Agricultural Wholesale Markets in the National Unified Market

随着全国人口不断城市化,城市居民及政府机构对新鲜食品的供应能力愈发关注,农产品批发市场在城市圈农产品供应链上也扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文基于农产品批发市场在供应链上的管理、发展、建设、监管多方面的分析及政府的政策支持,对农产品批发市场发展战略方向提出意见,并分析在政府支持大市场建设背景下农产品批发市场的现存问题,进而从政府政策与行业发展两个维度提出建议。在政策性方面,建议政府加强政策性规范与优惠,为农产品批发市场发展创造有利条件;在行业发展方面,建议从功能定位、数字化建设、人才培养与战略联盟等方面不断加强。

With the continuous urbanization of the country,urban residents and government agencies pay more attention to the ability to supply fresh food,and agricultural wholesale markets play an increasingly important role in the supply chains of agricultural products in urban areas.Based on the multifaceted analysis of the management,development,construction,and regulation of agricultural wholesale markets in the supply chains and policy support from the government,this paper offers suggestions on the strategic directions of the development of agricultural wholesale markets,analyzes the existing problems of agricultural wholesale markets in the context of government support for the development of large markets,and then makes suggestions from two dimensions,namely government policy,and industry development.In terms of policy,it is suggested that the government should strengthen policy regulations and preferences to create favorable conditions for the development of agricultural wholesale markets;in terms of industrial development,it is suggested that functional positioning,digital construction,talent training,strategic alliances,and so on should be constantly strengthened.
