我国共同富裕发展水平测度及时空演变分析

Analysis of the Development Level and Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Common Prosperity in China

本文从发展性、共享性、可持续性三个角度构建共同富裕指标体系,采用熵值法利用SPSSUA数据分析软件测度我国2016—2020年的共同富裕指数,并采用地理信息分析软件ArcGIS对各省共同富裕水平的空间分布状况进行描述。结果表明,我国共同富裕发展水平呈现东部>中部>西部的分布格局,经济发展水平较高的地区共同富裕发展水平也较高,中西部地区的增长速度大于东部地区;共同富裕分项指标在各地区的发展存在差异,发展性、可持续性发展水平表现为东部>中部>西部,共享性发展水平表现为北部>南部,反映出经济发展水平与自然环境也会影响共同富裕的发展进程。

This paper constructs the index system of common prosperity from three perspectives of development,sharing and sustainability,measures the index of common prosperity in China from 2016 to 2020 with the entropy value method and SPSSUA data analysis software,and describes the spatial distribution of the level of common prosperity in each province with geographic information analysis software ArcGIS.The results show that the development level of common prosperity in China shows the distribution pattern of the east,the central and the west,from high to low;the development level of common prosperity is also higher in regions with higher economic development level,and the economic growth rate of central and western regions is higher than that of eastern regions;there are differences in the development of common prosperity sub-indicators in regions,and the developmental and sustainable development level shows the east,the central and the west,from high to low,and the shared development level shows the north and the south,from high to low,which shows that the level of economic development and the natural environment also affect the development process of common prosperity.
