县域经济视角下农村电子商务的实用性研究--以宁夏灵武市为例

Research on the Practicality of Rural E-commerce from the Perspective of County Economy--Taking Lingwu City in Ningxia as an Example

县域经济在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,是经济发展的基础动力,县域经济的基础是自然资源,而农业则是县域经济中最广泛的自然资源。目前,现代农业的发展与农村电商息息相关,本文通过研究县域经济视域下的农村电子商务,以宁夏回族自治区灵武市为例,探讨了该市的特色农产品和农村电商发展中存在的问题,同时从宣传、人才、资金、农业供给侧结构性改革、农村电商与农业信息服务相结合、整合资源扩大队伍六个方面提出了相应的具体建议。

The county economy occupies an important position in China’s national economy and is the basic driving force of economic development.The foundation of the county economy is natural resources,while agriculture is the most extensive natural resource in the county economy.At present,the development of modern agriculture is closely related to rural e-commerce.This paper takes Lingwu City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example by studying rural e-commerce in the context of the county economy,discusses the problems in the development of featured agricultural products and rural e-commerce in the city,and meanwhile puts forward specific suggestions from six aspects,publicity,talents,capital,structural reform of agricultural supply side,a combination of rural e-commerce and agricultural information services,and the integration of resources to expand the team.
