Compared with other financing models,the supply chain finance of e-commerce platforms has certain uniqueness but with difficulties in replication,which can organically combine capital flow and information flow.The finance models of the supply chain of e-commerce platforms attach importance to the analysis of data in its operation,which can improve the operational efficiency of data assets,and the operational risk prevention and control should reduce the risks through effective supervision,prevention,and control.This paper analyzes the characteristics of supply chain finance of e-commerce platforms and discusses the types of risks and countermeasures for the prevention and control of the supply chain of e-commerce platforms in combination with its operation models.
