摘要
以7003铝合金为基础,试验研究了Zr元素的添加对电子产品用Al-Zn-Mg合金挤压工艺、微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Zr可提高试验合金强度,当挤压温度为500℃、挤压速度为4 m/min时,含Zr的试验合金内产生大量的亚晶,双级时效后合金屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率分别为344 MPa、407 MPa、13.5%。
Based on 7003 aluminum alloy, the effects of Zr addition on the extrusion process, microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy for electronic products were studied. The results show that Zr element can increase the strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy. When the extrusion temperature is 500 ℃ and the extrusion speed is 4 m/min, a large number of sub-crystals are produced in the Zr-containing test alloy. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy after double aging are 344 MPa, 407 MPa and 13.5% respectively.
